Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by HollyCo Labs LLC, a New York limited liability company ("HollyCo," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in New York, New York.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly.

You authorize automatic billing.

Refunds are available only within three (3) days of the start of a new billing cycle.

Failure to cancel before renewal results in automatic charge.

Payment processing may occur through third-party processors, including Apple or other providers. We do not control third-party billing systems.

User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images and contact data you upload.

By uploading content, you grant HollyCo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to:

Data Export and Account Deletion

You may export stored contact data in .csv format.

You may permanently delete your account at any time.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class Action Waiver

All claims must be brought in an individual capacity.

Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
